The Role

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team as a key partner in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and help optimize our operations to meet strategic goals.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making across product strategy, customer needs, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that track key performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives and product development.
• Support the preparation of business cases, forecasts, and business performance reviews to aid in the alignment of strategy and operations.
• Assist in optimizing internal processes and identifying areas for operational improvement through data analysis.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques (Excel, SQL, Python, etc.), with the ability to present findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive business decisions.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certifications in business analysis or related fields are a plus.
