The role
We're looking for a Business Operations Manager to be the bridge between our key accounts and internal teams. In this role, you'll leverage deep platform knowledge to navigate customer conversations, communicate complex concepts, and identify growth opportunities. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering value to innovative ML companies and shaping our success.
What you’ll do
- Lead strategic engagement with key accounts, focusing on vendor operations teams, to understand their goals and challenges while leveraging our platform capabilities.
- Manage business development processes including RFPs, contract negotiations, and PO management to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Oversee invoice management and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, translating technical concepts into business value and addressing issues not tied to specific projects.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting, preferably in tech or AI companies, with a strong background in vendor management and corporate communications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and manage diverse operational tasks.
- Strategic thinker with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment; Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree a plus.
