The Role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant / Office & Operations Manager for our New York office, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing day-to-day office functions, supporting leadership, and organizing customer engagement events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, including workspace management, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Plan and execute customer engagement events, including high-profile networking and industry meetups.
- Provide high-level executive support, managing scheduling, expense tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
- Experience in office management, operations, or executive support, ideally within a VC-backed or high-growth environment.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience streamlining operational workflows.
- Based in New York, with the ability to travel locally and adjust to evolving priorities, including evening and weekend events.
