The role

In this role you will work closely with leading AI researchers to find ways to improve their models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute data collection projects, including developing interfaces, establishing quality control processes, managing throughput, and delivering data on time.
• Communicate with senior executives at leading AI companies and within our team.
• Codify data collection systems to make our processes more efficient and scalable.

Successful candidates have

• A wide range of seniority- entry level to FAANG Directors- and come from any field.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• The ability to be driven, tenacious, and scrappy to solve complex problems.
• Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset for decision-making.
• A bias to detail.
• A commitment to making the next generation of AI models safer and more useful. ****
